About
John has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2017. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, John worked at the Boeing Company as a Structural Design Engineer. His career in the aerospace industry started after he graduated from Penn State with a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He worked at Boeing for 5 years and worked on many interesting projects including the Navy's F-18 Fighter Jet, the 777 commercial airliner and newer variant the 777-9. His time at Boeing took him on assignments to the Seattle Washington area as well as the St. Louis area, where he supported the design, production and build of the aircraft. 

John's passion for real estate was sparked just before purchasing his first property, a Triplex in Media, which he and his family moved into 2016 and began renovating unit by unit. This property taught him all about renovating and maintaining homes, how houses are built, and started to forge relationships with local contractors which he still works with to this day.

He continues to invest in rental properties and is always on the lookout for his next project. Currently he owns 6 rental units and is in the process of renovating his 7th unit. He takes pride in renovating his properties to a beautiful, comfortable and safe environment for his tenants.

Family

John's family consists of his wife Cherise, 9 year old son Lucas and their 2 Golden retrievers named Ruby and Reggie. He met his wife in college at Penn State.

Hobbies
John truly does enjoy renovating houses and brining old, tired homes into the 21st century.

He also loves the great outdoors, including hiking, backpacking and camping.

He is a licensed pilot and still has a passion for aviation despite his career change.
